У статті досліджено актуальну проблему – управління страховим портфелем вітчизняних страхових компаній в умовах динамічних процесів розвитку цифрових технологій. Розглянуто особливості інтеграції цифрових інновацій в страхову сферу. Проведено аналіз та здійснено порівняння традиційного та цифрового управління страховим портфелем. Окреслено ключові бар’єри впровадження цифрових сервісів у діяльність страхових компаній та умови їх подолання для збільшення лояльності клієнтів та зменшення страхових ризиків. Надано пропозиції із забезпечення результативності цифровізації управління страховими портфелями страхових компаній та оцінено переваги інтеграції вітчизняного страхового ринку до європейського страхового простору.
