The paper examines the specifics of implementing digital technologies in the process of managing insurance portfolios of companies in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. It was found that the integration of modern information solutions is a determining factor in increasing the efficiency of insurance companies, ensuring their financial stability and competitiveness in the market. The key areas of digitalization of the insurance business are analyzed, such as the use of Big Data analysis technologies, artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud services and automated risk management systems. It is proven that the use of digital tools contributes to a more accurate definition of insurance risks, better optimization of the insurance portfolio structure, improving the quality of underwriting and more effective management of insurance reserves. Special attention is paid to the personalization of insurance products, which allows for a more flexible response to the individual needs of customers, contributing to the growth of their loyalty. It was established that thanks to digital platforms, companies receive quick access to the necessary information, automate business processes and reduce operating costs. At the same time, the main challenges of digitalization were identified, including issues of ensuring cybersecurity, personal data protection, significant capital investments and the need to increase the level of digital competence of employees. In the context of Ukraine, the successful implementation of these technologies also requires the development of a comprehensive ecosystem of support for digital transformation, including state initiatives and public-private partnerships, to overcome barriers related to legacy systems and limited resources. Furthermore, the integration of advanced AI solutions opens new opportunities for real-time risk monitoring and dynamic portfolio rebalancing, which significantly enhances the resilience of insurance companies in volatile market conditions. It was concluded that the effective use of digital technologies in insurance portfolio management is becoming an important condition for the sustainable development of insurance companies and their adaptation to modern financial market conditions.
