Мета статті – обґрунтування розроблення імплементаційних стратегій для підвищення результативності управління проєктами в умовах BANI-середовища. Доведено, що крихкість, тривожність, нелінійність і незбагненність знижують ефективність формального застосування методологій. Проаналізовано трансформацію викликів від VUCA до BANI. Сформульовано авторське визначення імплементаційної стратегії, визначено її компоненти та обґрунтовано роль як динамічної спроможності організації. Запропоновано концептуальну модель стратегічної адаптації проєктного управління.
