The purpose of this paper is to theoretically substantiate the necessity of developing and implementing specialized implementation strategies to enhance project management effectiveness in the modern global environment shaped by the BANI model. Based on a systematic analysis of contemporary interdisciplinary research, the study demonstrates that the paradigm shift of the global order makes the mechanical application of even advanced standard methodologies ineffective and potentially destructive for long-term organizational stability and strategic development. Using systems analysis and theoretical generalization, the paper examines the evolution of global challenges from the relatively predictable VUCA era to the chaotic and fragile BANI environment. It is established that non-linearity and incomprehensibility require a transition from rigid hierarchical structures to agile and adaptive mechanisms capable of rapid reconfiguration. The crisis of project management efficiency is explained by the growing gap between traditional linear planning tools and the exponential complexity of environmental interactions. The main contribution of the research is the author’s definition of an implementation strategy as a dynamic organizational capability rather than a static plan. This capability involves continuous alignment of processes, resources, and human competencies with external changes. Key components include team psychological resilience, emotional intelligence, and the use of AI-driven analytics for non-linear data processing. The paper proposes a conceptual model in which performance improvement depends on methodological adaptation aimed at overcoming BANI-related barriers and shifting from risk mitigation to systemic antifragility. The theoretical value lies in integrating the BANI concept with dynamic capabilities theory in project management, while the practical significance consists in providing project managers with a structured framework for planning organizational change under global turbulence.
