У статті проаналізовано питання необхідності впровадження дуальної форми освіти, законодавство із врегулювання питань застосування дуальної форми освіти, визначено необхідність внесення змін до нормативних актів, зокрема питання вдосконалення трудового законодавства, у частині врегулювання трудових правовідносин між здобувачем освіти та роботодавцем в умовах здобуття дуальної форми освіти та встановлення для таких працівників низки гарантій. Авторами виділено низку проблем, що виникають у реалізації дуальної форми здобуття освіти: правового забезпечення, організаційні, навчально-методичні та психологічні.
