Досліджено вплив глобальних ризиків на стійкість українських підприємств. Мета статті – систематизація загроз та обґрунтування підходів до управління ними за допомогою цифрових технологій. На основі методології COSO ERM та ISO 31000 побудовано ризик-реєстр і виокремлено 8 груп ризиків. Найвищу критичність мають геополітичні, енергетичні та кіберризики. Запропоновано напрями їх мінімізації через застосування систем підтримки рішень, моніторингу та кіберзахисту. Наукова новизна полягає в інтеграції оцінки ризиків воєнного стану з групуванням цифрових інструментів їх нейтралізації.
