У статті досліджено публічно-приватне партнерство (ППП) як інструмент забезпечення державної та регіональної економічної безпеки в умовах війни та післявоєнного відновлення України. Обґрунтовано, що ППП не є універсальною заміною бюджетного фінансування, однак за належної підготовки проєктів може сприяти модернізації критичної інфраструктури, зменшенню бюджетного навантаження, підвищенню якості суспільних послуг, енергетичній та екологічній стійкості регіонів. Запропоновано систему індикаторів оцінювання безпекового ефекту ППП, а також визначено ключові ризики та умови його ефективного застосування в Україні.
