У статті досліджено теоретичні та методичні засади інтеграції ESG-стратегії у систему стратегічного управління підприємством як чинника підвищення фінансової стійкості та конкурентоспроможності. Обґрунтовано роль екологічних, соціальних і управлінських компонентів у формуванні довгострокової вартості бізнесу та зниженні стратегічних і фінансових ризиків. Особливу увагу приділено специфіці впровадження ESG-підходів у підприємницьких структурах, що функціонують у межах державно-приватного партнерства. Визначено ключові механізми впливу ESG-інтеграції на стабілізацію грошових потоків, підвищення інвестиційної привабливості та зміцнення довіри стейкхолдерів. Доведено, що системна інтеграція ESG-принципів у стратегічний контур управління сприяє формуванню стійких конкурентних переваг підприємства.
