У статті досліджено правові аспекти впровадження європейського досвіду державного регулювання у сфері електроенергетики та енергоефективності. Розкрито нормативно-правову основу забезпечення державного регулювання у сфері електроенергетики та енергоефективності в ЄС, зміст регламентів та директив ЄС у цій сфері, проаналізовано особливості правового регулювання діяльності регуляторних органів у сфері енергетики за законодавством окремих держав-членів ЄС. Також проаналізовано зміст проєкту Закону України № 12087-д, відповідно до якого змінюються повноваження Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг, як регуляторного органу.
