У статті досліджено процедурні стандарти проведення антидемпінгових розслідувань у межах системи Світової організації торгівлі (СОТ) та їх значення для зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Проаналізовано положення Угоди про застосування статті VI ГАТТ 1994 р., національне законодавство України у сфері застосування антидемпінгових заходів та практику врегулювання спорів СОТ. Особливу увагу приділено стандартам оцінки доказів, встановлення шкоди для національної галузі та дотримання процесуальних гарантій під час антидемпінгових розслідувань.
