У статті досліджено особливості документування публічних закупівель у діяльності суб’єктів господарювання в умовах трансформації системи публічних фінансів, цифровізації та підвищених вимог до прозорості й підзвітності. Розкрито роль документування як ключового елементу правомірності, економічної доцільності та контролю закупівельних процедур. Проаналізовано нормативно-правову базу публічних закупівель в Україні, структуру та склад документів на різних етапах закупівельного циклу, а також типові помилки та ризики, що виникають під час формування, зберігання та оприлюднення закупівельної документації. Обґрунтовано значення електронної системи закупівель як інструменту стандартизації та уніфікації документування. Визначено напрями вдосконалення внутрішніх регламентів суб’єктів господарювання з метою мінімізації правових та фінансових ризиків.
