Дослідження присвячено актуальній проблемі мотивування персоналу на транспортних підприємствах, оскільки пошук шляхів її вирішення є одним з найважливіших питань. Українські підприємства приділяють увагу тільки матеріальній мотивації: використовують традиційні механізми матеріальної мотивації: видача заробітної плати, надбавок та одноразових премій, що зі свого боку знецінює прагнення працівників до конкурентоспроможності праці. Розроблено пропозиції мотивування працівників на транспортних підприємствах в сучасних умовах.
