У статті запропоновано створену багатокритеріальну модель підвищення ефективності інструментів комерціалізації високотехнологічної продукції, що базується на застосуванні методу експертних оцінок. Розроблено вертикальну класифікацію підвищення ефективності комерціалізації за рівнями діяльності економічних організацій. На базі пропонованої класифікації визначено оптимальні критерії оцінки ефективності інструментів комерціалізації, закладених у механізмі комерціалізації високотехнологічної продукції. Застосування багатокритеріальної моделі підвищення інструментів ефективності на базі методу експертних оцінок є ключовим антикризовим підходом в умовах невизначеності в умовах, коли класичне прогностичне моделювання економічних процесів, що базується лише на кількісних оцінках є недостатньою умовою для точного оцінювання впливу суто критеріїв. Адже комерціалізація високотехнологічного продукту у сучасних умовах системи міжнародного підприємництва також враховує опосередковані аспекти діяльності організацій, такі як екологічний, соціальний, маркетинговий тощо.
