Проведене дослідження підтвердило, що проникнення та швидке поширення інформаційних технологій призвело до диверсифікації зовнішньоекономічних зв’язків, де митні відносини набули іншого характеру, а використання інноваційних технологій набуває щоразу більшого значення. У роботі вперше запропоновано класифікацію інноваційних митних технологій митного контролю з виокремленням продуктових та процесних; розроблено модель взаємодії митних органів з підприємствами на основі впровадження інноваційних технологій; сформовано критерії присвоєння підприємству спеціального коду, що дає «зелене світло» і можливість для прийняття швидкого рішення в пункті пропуску низовими підрозділами митної служби.
