У статті сформовано методичні засади превентивного моніторингу сервісної та виробничої складової економічних агентів авіаційної галузі. Запропоновано структурно-логічну схемі проведення моніторингу по кількісних показниках та зворотному зв’язку від споживачів. Метою роботи є створення засад методичного забезпечення превентивного тесту-вання економічних агентів авіаційної галузі із відповідними показниками оцінювання, шкалою оцінювання, рольовими інс-трукціями та прозорістю результатів. Результатом статті є цілісна система превентивного моніторингу на основі споживчої цінності, яка закріплює ключові параметри щодо вдосконалення діяльності галузевих агентів. Висновок дос-лідження полягає в обґрунтуванні застосування показників якості в превентивному моніторингу, що вимірюють споживчу цінність відносно діяльності агентів, поруч із фінансовими показниками та ймовірністю банкрутства для оцінки перс-пектив сталого розвитку авіаційної галузі.
