У статті розглянуто адміністративно-правові механізми контролю якості мобільного зв’язку в Україні, проаналізовано чинні нормативні акти, діяльність органів державного регулювання, вплив впровадження нових методик на якість зв’язку. Підкреслено необхідність модернізації підходів до правового регулювання забезпечення мобільним зв’язком в сучасних умовах технологічності та цифровізації суспільства. Окрему увагу приділено правовій експертизі у підвищенні відповідності операторів мобільного зв’язку встановленим стандартам та у захисті прав споживачів.
