У статті запропоновано цілісну адміністративно-правову модель захисту громадян від звинувачень у колабораційній діяльності, що спирається на теоретико-методологічні засади інституту захисту та уточнює його понятійні межі у співвідношенні з суміжними категоріями. Обґрунтовано засадничі принципи захисту та показано їх імплементацію в адміністративні процедури. Визначено місце адміністративного законодавства у системі протидії колабораціонізму. Проаналізовано чинне законодавство щодо визначення та кваліфікації колабораційної діяльності. Висвітлено організаційно-правові механізми й систему суб’єктів. Узагальнено зарубіжний досвід, виокремлено ключові проблеми та запропоновано напрями їх подолання.
