У статті досліджено теоретико-правові засади адміністративної відповідальності за правопорушення у сфері здійснення габаритно-вагового контролю (ГВК). Проаналізовано класифікацію суб’єктів адміністративних правопорушень (державні, недержавні, адміністративно-технічні), особливості їх повноважень і правового статусу. Надано характеристику складів адміністративних деліктів, включаючи правовідносини між контролюючими органами, перевізниками та операторами WiM-систем (система автоматичного зважування вантажівок). Здійснено порівняльний аналіз законодавства України та ЄС, вивчено судову практику з притягнення до відповідальності перевізників та адміністративно-технічних суб’єктів. Розглянуто особливості доказування та запобіжні адміністративно-правові заходи, запропоновано напрями вдосконалення правозастосування у сфері ГВК.
