У дослідженні cформовано основні елементи системи управління ризиками зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємств. Виокремлено класифікаційні ознаки чинників виникнення ризиків зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємств в умовах євроінтеграції, зокрема: за масштабом впливу; за можливістю ідентифікації та управління ризиками; за характером походження; за джерелами виникнення. Наведено рекомендовані етапи процесу управління ризиками зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємств в умовах євроінтеграції: аналіз ризиків зовнішнього і внутрішнього середовища; ідентифікація загроз та можливостей за допомогою матриці RIO-RIT-REO-RET; діагностування ризиків; вибір інструментарію управління ризиками; формування системи індикаторів оцінювання впливу ризиків; розроблення стратегій управління ризиками; контролювання ризиків; моніторинг та коригування ризиків зовнішньоекономічної діяльності.
