Introduction. In the contemporary business environment, it is imperative to identify and examine the factors that influence the effectiveness of foreign economic activity risk management in the context of European integration. The formation of factors and the allocation of peculiarities in risk management of foreign economic activity in the context enable enterprises to carry out qualitative identification of risks and their thorough assessment, develop effective risk management strategies, minimize potential losses and maximize benefits from European integration. The purpose of the paper is to identify key factors and study the features of risk management of foreign economic activity of enterprises in the context of European integration. Results. In undertaking foreign economic activity, the majority of enterprises encounter a certain degree of uncertainty, which is frequently accompanied by a variety of risks. This is especially pertinent in the context of European integration. It is important to acknowledge that risks do not merely represent potential threats; they can also serve as catalysts for enterprise development. The advent of risks in foreign economic activity is influenced by a multitude of factors that are directly related to the specifics of the activities of enterprises, in particular in the context of European integration. A clear sequence of stages of the process of managing risks of foreign economic activity of enterprises in the context of European integration has been formed, which provides for the generation of the most complete and reliable information about the risks that threaten the enterprise and the possible consequences of their impact, as well as the development of corrective measures to optimize and minimize existing risks. Conclusion. The formation of a risk management system is a key factor in the successful integration of Ukrainian enterprises into the European economic space. The development and implementation of technology for managing the risks of foreign economic activity of enterprises in the context of European integration, based on the use of progressive tools for identifying, assessing and optimizing risks, should become a strategic priority for every enterprise that seeks to achieve success in global European markets.
