У статті обґрунтовано актуальність розроблення та використання системи реінжинірингу на підприємствах у сучасних умовах. Розвинуто тлумачення поняття «система реінжинірингу». Виконано структурну декомпозицію системи реінжинірингу на засадах ідентифікування її базових невід’ємних елементів (суб’єктів, об’єктів, мети, цілей, методології, технології, показників та критеріїв ефективності, ресурсного забезпечення). Розкрито змістове наповнення ключових елементів системи реінжинірингу на підприємствах. Охарактеризовано ключові етапи технології реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів підприємства.
