У статті досліджено антикризові методу менеджменту, які застосовуються підприємствами в умовах постпандемії та воєнного стану. Детально охарактеризовано сучасний ринок праці для визначення основних тенденцій стосовно персоналу та діяльності підприємств в умовах війни. Зокрема, виокремлено проблеми, з якими стикаються підприємства в управлінні своїми ресурсами, та запропоновано вирішення цих проблем шляхом зміни стратегії управління та застосування нових методів менеджменту, адаптованих під сучасні умови праці. Для керівництва наведено чіткі рекомендації з ефективного управління підприємством та його розвитком.
