Introduction. Recent years have been quite challenging for the Ukrainian economy and for domestic business in general. The pandemic and the war have had a significant impact and continue to have an impact on the operations of enterprises, their profitability and efficiency. Working in such a crisis environment requires managers to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, adaptability and flexibility in making management decisions. Some companies, even before the war, were able to integrate risk management into their management systems and actively used crisis management tools during the pandemic. As a result, such specialists can now respond more quickly to the challenges of war. The purpose of the paper is to explore the peculiarities of using anti-crisis management methods in the post-pandemic and martial law environment and to develop proposals for improving enterprise management in the current environment. Results. Since the beginning of 2022, many companies have started losing their staff as a result of military operations, mobilization and migration abroad or to other regions of Ukraine. Some companies still have labor needs that are very difficult to fill due to market volatility, staff shortages, lack of relevant qualifications, etc. Managing an enterprise under martial law is a challenge that requires a special approach and skills. The key factors for effective management are the ability to make quick decisions, adapt to changes and ensure transparent communication processes with subordinates. Although there is no single universal approach, the use of effective and efficient management methods in a particular situation helps managers cope with the challenges of war and direct the management of the enterprise to achieve the goals. Conclusion. The use of crisis management techniques, such as increased communication with employees, concern for employee safety, material and moral support, help maintain business efficiency and ensure employee safety in the work environment. Companies need to review their crisis management plans to ensure a faster and more effective response to new challenges, adapt to changes, and prepare to adjust plans if necessary.
