Досліджено теоретичні основи організації управлінського контролю авіаційного підприємства, розкрито проблематику наявних підходів до методики забезпечення ефективного управлінського контролю аеропорту та авіакомпанії, надано рекомендації з усунення виявлених недоліків. Здійснено дослідження механізму нормативно-правового регулювання управлінського контролю підприємства. Розглянуто окремі аспекти забезпечення ефективного функціонування управлінського контролю. Науково обґрунтовано головні напрями розвитку управлінського контролю аеропорту та авіакомпанії, охарактеризовано методику їх реалізації.
