Статтю присвячено аналізу нормативно-правової бази України, яка регулює виробництво та обіг цементу, з акцентом на вимоги екологічної безпеки, стандартизацію, сертифікацію та гармонізацію з міжнародними нормами. Детально розглянуто чинне законодавство, а також низку технічних стандартів і регламентів ЄС. Робота має на меті сприяти формуванню ефективного правового поля, яке забезпечить стале виробництво та використання цементу в Україні, враховуючи сучасні вимоги екологічної безпеки та міжнародні стандарти, що сприятиме розвитку безпечного, екологічно сталого та конкурентоспроможного будівельного ринку.
