У статті проаналізовано адміністративно-правове забезпечення взаємодії підрозділів превентивної діяльності Національної поліції з іншими суб’єктами профілактики правопорушень. Відзначено, що це включає як норми законів України, так і приписи підзаконних нормативно-правових актів. Обґрунтовано доцільність поділу цих норм не лише за їх юридичною силою, але й на норми, які спрямовано на закріплення значення і загальних засад такої взаємодії й які безпосередньо регламентують правові механізми взаємодії підрозділів превентивної діяльності поліції з іншими суб’єктами профілактики правопорушень.
