Розкрито сутність адміністративно-правового забезпечення діяльності адвокатури України. Розглянуто різні підходи до розуміння категорії «адміністративно-правового забезпечення». Визначено адміністративно-правове забезпечення діяльності адвокатури як регламентовану нормами адміністративного права діяльність уповноважених державою суб’єктів, яка спрямована на створення умов та надання гарантій для належного функціонування адвокатури. Виділено ознаки та наведено структуру адміністративно-правового забезпечення діяльності адвокатури.
