Introduction. In recent years, the organizational and economic support of managing international supply chains, in a time of competitive pressure and changing economic climate, has forced many countries and executives of international companies to re-evaluate their work and capabilities. Because of this, they have a need to direct their supply chain in search of new, more profitable and economical ways in the context of globalization. Firms' resources and capabilities play an important role in border logistics supply decisions. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the organizational and economic support of managing international supply chains in the context of globalization, using research methods: analysis, observation and conclusions. Results. Global processes that permeate all spheres of economic activity, flatten national borders, expand opportunities to capture new markets for goods and services, integrate the world space into a single area with logistics chains. This topic has become very relevant in modern life in both domestic and foreign activities of the country. This article reviews the organizational and economic support for managing international supply chains. Their importance in the activity of the countries and at the enterprises is considered. The concepts of supply chain and the means to evaluate their effectiveness are explored. Conclusion. The further development of world trade and the desire of many countries to accelerate the pace of integration into the global trading system will depend not only on maintaining an open global economic system, but also on enhancing the number and effectiveness of support structures such as managing the economic and organizational support of logistics chains. Using the right and up-to-date processes, the tools of organizational and economic management of international chains will lead to profit for companies and the country.
