The paper explores in detail the Swiss experience in the legal regulation of logistics and evaluates the potential for its adaptation in Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to the principles and mechanisms that underpin Switzerland’s highly efficient transport and logistics system, which is widely regarded as a model within Europe. The authors provide an in-depth analysis of the key components of this system, including the large-scale NRLA/NEAT infrastructure project aimed at optimizing transit through the Alps, the ecological heavy vehicle tax (LSVA) that ensures fair distribution of transport costs and environmental sustainability, as well as the functioning of intermodal hubs, inland ports, and their role in connecting different modes of transport into a seamless network. The paper also considers the digitalization of customs procedures and related e-services, which significantly accelerate the movement of goods and reduce administrative barriers for international trade. A separate section addresses the legal framework governing the creation and maintenance of strategic reserves, demonstrating how Switzerland balances economic security with supply chain stability. Furthermore, the study highlights the integration of advanced digital technologies—such as automated logistics management systems, tracking platforms, and data-driven decision-making tools—into the daily operation of the sector. The research concludes that the selective adoption of Switzerland’s best practices could considerably enhance Ukraine’s economic law and logistics regulation, improve the efficiency and sustainability of its transport infrastructure, strengthen resilience to external shocks, and accelerate the country’s integration into the broader network of European transport corridors.
