У статті досліджено швейцарський досвід правового регулювання логістики та можливості його імплементації в Україні. Авторами проаналізовано ключові елементи транспортної системи Швейцарії, зокрема проєкт NRLA/NEAT, податок на важкі вантажівки (LSVA), функціонування інтермодальних вузлів та портів, а також цифрові митні сервіси. Особливу увагу приділено формуванню стратегічних резервів та інтеграції сучасних цифрових технологій у логістичні процеси. Зроблено висновок, що впровадження найкращих практик Швейцарії дасть Україні змогу посилити правову основу економічного права у сфері транспорту, розвинути ефективну логістичну інфраструктуру, забезпечити стійкість постачання та інтеграцію у європейські транспортні коридори.
