Закономірним завданням уряду і місцевого самоврядування за сучасних умов воєнного стану, зокрема, на тлі зниження промислового потенціалу є пошук шляхів розвитку і ефективного використання туристично-рекреаційного потенціалу України та окремих регіонів. У науковій площині це завдання трансформується у дослідницьке питання стосовно перспектив зміцнення соціально-економічної ролі туристично-рекреаційного потенціалу України у воєнний час. За результатами дослідження здійснено концептуалізацію соціально-економічного вектора відновлення туристично-рекреаційного потенціалу України у воєнний час на основі системного, діалектичного та антропоцентричного підходів із застосуванням методів критичного аналізу наукових джерел, структурно-функціонального аналізу і феноменологічної концептуалізації.
