У статті детально розглянуто механізм забезпечення захисту прав споживачів фінансових послуг. Вказано на важливість пруденційного регулювання, метою якого є збереження міцного фінансового становища і спроможності фінансових установ та системи. Агресія російської федерації в 2022 р. завдала великих збитків, тому вказано на важливість співпраці України з Європейським Союзом та іншими державами задля забезпечення захисту прав українців. Розглянуто механізм реалізації політики із захисту прав споживачів фінансових послуг. Детально розібрано захист прав споживачів фінансових послуг, які є військовослужбовцями та постраждалими від ліквідації банків, що співпрацювали з російською федерацією.
