У статті проаналізовано організаційні та процесуальні проблеми здійснення судового контролю та прокурорського нагляду за дотриманням законів в діяльності органів, уповноважених розслідувати економічні кримінальні правопорушення, в умовах воєнного стану. Досліджено новітню прокурорську та судову практику, доктринальні напрацювання науковців. Сформульовано пропозиції з удосконалення правового регулювання судового контролю та прокурорського нагляду за дотриманням законів органами, які здійснюють досудове розслідування кримінальних правопорушень у сфері економіки.
