У статті проаналізовано застосування залізничного транспорту для здійснення експорту та імпорту вантажів на зовнішні ринки в умовах воєнного стану. Наведено статистичні дані з використання залізничного транспорту в міжнародних перевезеннях вантажів; розглянуто основні проблеми міжнародних перевезень залізничним транспортом в Україні. Запропоновано рекомендації з можливих шляхів вирішення проблем в контексті розвитку експортно-імпортного потенціалу країни.
