Статтю присвячено аналізу частин 1 та 2 ст. 111-1 «Колабораційна діяльність» Кримінального кодексу України. У роботі з’ясовано визначення поняття колаборанти, визначено елементи складу цього кримінального правопорушення та виділено особливості відмежування від інших схожих складів, акцентовано увагу на різновидах колабораціонізму. Висловлено думку, що нововведена стаття не є досконалою у санкції та встановлено шляхи покращення та розв’язання даних неточностей.
Ключові слова : національна безпека, колаборанти, колабораційна діяльність, кримінальна відповідальність
