У статті проаналізовано сучасний стан ринку харчової промисловості та діяльності підприємств, визначено їх рівень рентабельності. Досліджено динаміку обсягів виробництва та реалізації харчової продукції впродовж 2016-2021 рр. Охарактеризовано основні проблеми, які гальмують розвиток підприємств харчової промисловості протягом останніх років, а також проблеми, які виникли на фоні політичних подій та вторгнення росії в Україну. Визначено тенденції та драйвери розвитку харчової промисловості, а також перспективні шляхи розвитку в сучасних умовах функціонування.
