У статті досліджено питання сутності та факторів, під виливом яких відбувається формування ресурсних можливостей однієї із ключових організаційно-правових форм господарювання в аграрному секторі економіки України – фермерських господарств. Обґрунтовано склад компонентів ресурсного потенціалу фермерських господарств у розрізі чинників виробництва. Охарактеризовано роль та місце зовнішніх і внутрішніх факторів господарювання у сільській місцевості при відтворювальному процесі формування ресурсного складника виробничої економіки вітчизняних фермерів.
