Статтю присвячено дослідженню питань розбудови системи стратегічного моніторингу економічної безпеки підприємств торгівлі в Україні та за кордоном. У статті викладено результати аналізу систем моніторингу загроз у країнах: Швейцарії, Греції, Сполучених Штатів Америки, Королівства Бахрейну, Ірану. Метою роботи є дослідження особливостей забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємств торгівлі в умовах ведення міжнародного бізнесу. Проаналізовано та згруповано ризики та загрози для торгівлі України, що виникають в межах євроінтеграційних процесів. Наявність факторів, що містять в собі загрози та ризики діяльності підприємства торгівлі, актуалізує питання створення системи моніторингу з метою завчасного попередження небезпеки, і вживання необхідних заходів захисту і протидії. Змодельовано процес управління економічною безпекою підприємств торгівлі та систему моніторингу загроз економічній безпеці підприємству торгівлі.
