У статті розкривається роль концепції визнання саббота «електронною юридичною особою», яка обов’язково повинна враховувати небезпеку постановки людством, суспільством, державами даної «електронної особи» в один суспільний ряд з людиною у разі використання електронного інтелекту у правотворчій, правозахисній та судовій діяльності державних органів влади. Основною задачею правотворців та правозахисників у світі є недопущення порушення прав і свобод людини, суспільства та держави з боку новоствореної «електронної особи» та запобігання загроз в майбутньому для всього людства.
