У статі досліджується вплив наслідків зміни клімату на реалізацію фундаментальних прав людини та громадянина. Проаналізовано положення міжнародних нормативно-правових актів, які визнають взаємозв’язок між зміною клімату та правами людини та визначено, що міжнародно-правові заходи з пом’якшення та адаптації до наслідків зміни не є ефективними у забезпечення реалізації фундаментальних прав людини. Сформовано висновки та пропозиції з удосконалення механізму забезпечення прав людини у контексті зміни клімату.
