Стратегічне управління проєктами є перспективним напрямом досліджень. Доведено, що команди з управління про-єктами повинні навчитися працювати з бізнес-аспектами, краще підтримувати бізнес-стратегію та стабільність. Визначено, що стратегічний менеджмент проєктів ще не широко використовується як підхід у практиці реалізації проєктів. Констатовано, що однією з концепцій стратегічного управління проєктами є стратегія проєкту. Побудовано схему складників стратегії проєкту на основі моделі 5 «Р» Мінцберга. Проаналізовані елементи стратегії проєкту за трьома «Р»: перспектива, позиція, план.
