У статті викладено дослідження проблеми зловживання цивільними процесуальними правами. Проведено аналіз міжнародних та вітчизняних нормативно-правових актів, судової практики. У статті приділено увагу видам зловживання цивільними процесуальними правами. Виявлено проблеми, що стосуються недобросовісного використання особою своїх процесуальних прав. Наведено висновки та прогалини, що стосуються питання зловживання процесуальними правами у цивільному судочинстві.
Ключові слова : зловживання процесуальними правами, цивільне судочинство, доступ до суду, змагальність, заходи процесуального примусу, штраф
