У статті розглянуто понятійний апарат становлення та розвитку цифрової економіки, вивчено трактування термінів «оцифровування», «цифровізація», «цифрові трансформації», «цифровий розвиток», «цифрова економіка». Зроблено висновок про доцільність застосування процесно-результатного підходу до їх визначення, запропоновано авторське їх трактування. Виявлено та описано зв’язки між дослідженими поняттями й побудовано структурно-логічну схему, що їх визначає. Обґрунтовано, що цифрові трансформації – це перманентний процес, результатом якого на сучасному етапі є перехід до новітньої економічної моделі – цифрової економіки.
