У статті розглянуто особливості концептуалізації механізму управління фінансовою безпекою підприємств торгівлі в умовах турбулентних змін. Доведено, що архітектоніку механізму управління фінансовою безпекою підприємств торгівлі відповідно до компаративного аналізу можна розглядати у двох просторах як сукупності: основних елементів та ланок організаційної структури. Побудовано механізм управління фінансовою безпекою підприємств торгівлі (МУФБПТ). Проаналізовано складові чотирьох блоків МУФБПТ. Побудовано Діаграму Ісікава визначення можливих втрат часу в оцінюванні рівня фінансової безпеки підприємств торгівлі, що складається з тринадцяти чинників-дестимуляторів.
