У статті розглянуто тенденції міжнародного бізнесу сфери інформаційних технологій в умовах глобальних обмежень, пов’язаних із пандемією Covid-19. Надано аналітичні прогнози розвитку сфери інформаційних технологій. Виявлено, що, попри видимість зростання сфери інформаційних технологій, у зв’язку з пандемією та переходом великої кількості операцій в онлайн, загалом спостерігається її скорочення. Проте більш детальний аналіз показує неоднорідність цього процесу, що характеризується зростанням попиту на окремі послуги сфери інформаційних технологій, та наявність відкладеного попиту у сферах, що зазнали спаду. Це дає змогу стверджувати, що в перспективі можна очікувати відновлення стрімкого зростання попиту на більшість послуг інформаційних технологій.
