У статті розглянуто світовий досвід комерціалізації інноваційної продукції промислових підприємств у контексті азійської, американської та європейської моделей інноваційного розвитку. Результати виконаних досліджень дали змогу стверджувати, що істотних відмінностей між ними немає. Зокрема, у США, Європі та Азії ключову роль у розробленні та впровадженні інноваційної продукції відіграють транснаціональні компанії, які доволі часто створюють у своїх структурах із цією метою венчурні компанії. Розглянуто вітчизняний досвід комерціалізації інноваційної продукції. Виокремлено ключові причини низького рівня комерціалізації інноваційної продукції вітчизняними підприємствами.
