У статті охарактеризовано сучасний стан розвитку будівельної галузі України. Проаналізовано зміни, що відбулися у різних секторах галузі та визначено основні тенденції її розвитку. Наведено вплив чинників економічного середовища, висвітлено пріоритетні напрями розвитку як галузі, так і будівельних підприємств. Сформовано пропозиції до покращення стану галузі, що можуть забезпечити будівельним підприємствам довгострокову перспективу економічного зростання шляхом реалізації сучасних проєктів, стійкого нарощення обсягів реалізованих послуг, формування позитивного іміджу тощо.
