У статті здійснено комплексне дослідження методологічних основ державного регулювання фінансів громадянського суспільства відповідно до узагальненої схеми методології діяльності. Досліджено основні характеристики діяльності держави у сфері регулювання фінансів громадянського суспільства, логічну та часову структури державної регулятивної діяльності у сфері фінансів громадянського суспільства. На підставі здійсненого дослідження сформовано авторську схему методологічних засад державного регулювання фінансів громадянського суспільства.
