Теоретичні засади управління персоналом будівельних підприємств

У статті охарактеризовано особливості управління людськими ресурсами. На основі ознайомлення з науковими пра-цями основоположників із даної проблематики виокремлено основні напрями управління персоналом. Розкрито важливі ха-рактеристики аналітичного підходу до управління людськими ресурсами, які відіграють значну роль при інтелектуальному забезпеченні основних напрямів. Відзначено проблемні аспекти, пов’язані з управлінням персоналу будівельних підприємств.
