Предметом дослідження є правове забезпечення у сфері інформаційних е-ресурсів єдиної інформаційної системи МВС, групування її елементів, а також визначення рівнів цифрової взаємодії правоохоронних органів міст України в умовах воєнного стану. Систематизовано нормативно-правові акти у сфері цифровізації діяльності правоохоронних органів (на прикладі МВС України) та їхньої інформаційної е-взаємодії, запропоновано класифікувати такі відносини на внутрішньоцифрові, організаційно-цифрові, виробничо-цифрові. Визначено сфери цифровізації на рівні управлінь Національної поліції в областях та їхніх міських територіальних підрозділів, і сформовано перелік ключових перспективних напрямів розвитку інструментів цифровізації діяльності правоохоронних органів міст України в умовах воєнного стану.
